im just curious if u have any thoughts as to my service ride control light coming on after i got it back from the dealership. they said its because they had it on the hoist too long and if i take it on the highway and then reset it it should be fine.ahhahahh thanks Ammi

hey there i was just reading somewhere on this site that dexcool maybe horrible for the car. there maybe a big suit against GM so i read.everything thats goine wrong with my 97 sts has been mentioned as the symptoms. my dealers arnt able to figure out the problem and so ive had the engine...

what type of coolant do u use? just wondering if its dexcool bc i heard its harsh on the car...?

i was just reading up on an investigation of dexcool against GM Has anybody heard aything at all.Everything they described has been happening to my ride. let me know and i'd like to switch up the brand of coolant now. what should I use??

so im back again with this car.engine had to be replaced for the 3rd time. (so they say) IDOL CONTROL still comes on. another mechanic said it maybe the piston rings. if anyone has any insight as to what the possibilities maybe please please help. thanks so much.ammi

Was under 30 day or 1500 clicks warrenty... Thank u for ur input. The first week or two we had to have them put in a new engine. Did not get any papers for new warrenty. They said 6 month warrenty now. Its not been 6 months yet. I do know that by law 90 days for sure, but its been longer then...

Makes sense except for.... i bought the car used out of the auto trader with the dealership being some crummy shop not an actual GM dealership. DOesnt that make a difference??
