I have the alpine in dash changer in my ls and want to put an aux input in. I went to a stereo shop and the guy said I needed to replace the wiring harness to do it. Thay doesn't sound right to me, pretty sure he is trying to hose me. If anyone has done this can you let me know what you used...

Thanks for the info. My coolant level is fine and I javent overheated at all but I tested out my heater and its only blowing warm when the rpms are up, and not hot even then. Gonna bleed the aystem and hope that fixes it. I've noticed the ac blow warm a couple times though so it might be by...

I was reading through the instructions on bleeding the coolant system in the tech section. It talks about opening the engine fill cap and also about the degas bottle. I have the v8 and the only place to fill I can see is the degas bottle. Am I not seeing the engine fill cap, or am I reading it...

I got it to do it a couple times with the car off and it feels like the throttle cable is binding up. Off the next two days so hopefully I can track it down. Maybe some graphite lube in the cable? Or is that a no no on these cars?

I just bought my LS 2 weeks ago and love it. I romped on it a bit getting on the freeway today and the throttle stuck. The rpm was stayimg at 3000 and I had to ride the brake to keep it from accelerating. I got off at the next exit and it unstuck and I was able to resume normal driving. Any help...
