Anyone running a 18x8 wheel with a 35mm offset? I was wondering if I would have any problems running these? I'm also running New OEM sport struts and eibachs

I would like to see some pics of the fitment if you are running this setup Thanks

They will rub. Try using the wheel and offset calculators.

I have Jag "Cygnus" 18x8.5 rims on my car. The offset if 49mm with 245/45 tires. They don't rub and as soon as these tires are through I'm switching to 255/45 tires.

One at sunset just to make you winter people mad: http://azrael.crashsys.com/ls-pics/sunset-from-behind-side.jpg

All nice and dirty in the pics too :P

Which reminds me, I need to get to work pulling those f'ing b-pillar strips off.

Will rub a bit i think. I have 18x8 255/40 at the front and no rub.

Kumba 255/45 is gonna be too big. Go 255/40 and lowered.

Haha. The sunset pic did make me jealous until I saw your pillars. Get those things off! They stick out like a soar thumb. I'm actually considering relocating to your general area down there. I may on you soon about a few things.

Hey what offset are your wheels?? I'm getting some 18x8 40 offset ones delivered today and they will have 245/45/18 tires and I'm told they will fit no problem.

Also I don't understand why everyone says there going to rub when he didn't even mention what tire size he is using. Is a 8" wide wheels with a 35mm offset going to rub no matter what? That's what it sound like based on everyone saying it will rub.

T-money. Any idea when u will get those wheels on your car? I would like to see a pic of them to see how they fit.

I was wondering the same thing cause I haven't even thought about tire size yet. I'm just worried about the 35mm off set. I know Bull's rover wheels equal I think 37mm with the adapters and pretty sure they are 8.5 wide and fit perfect!!!

He said he is lowered. I ran 18X8 Voxx wheels with a 38MM offset and 245/45 tire and the rear rubbed over most freeway dips; anytime the rear lightened up and came down on the suspension. I switched to 245/40s and things were better. I also rolled the inside of the rear fender lip as much as I could without distorting the actual fender. That only helps maybe 1/4". This was with no passengers. I was also running Springtech springs; which I believe lower a bit more than Eibach. My 18X7.5 MB Wheels wheels with a 45MM do just fine running a 245/45 tire.

psssst..... Those wheels will be going up for sale as soon as I get my Tucana wheels........

TODAY!!! I'll post pictures this evening in a new thread prolly. One thing I will mention. Is these are for my fathers 04 LSE. It's not lowered and not going to be either. He drives 40 miles one way to work in the country and he's always running animals over and stuff so the higher the at is the less front bumpers he's going to have to replace.

You should tell him there's an easier way to bring your lunch to work! LOL
