so today i am going to pull some of the performance parts off the 95and an going to put them on my 93. which includes
(headers are going to go on next week sometime with the gears.)

but today i am going to slap on the

oversized maf with heat shield, smoothed pipe and huge cone filter
adjustable fpr
the msd coils ( i hear they are junk, i may not put them on.)
under drive pulleys

my car has the early 93 computer in it. this black 95 has a sct chip in it programmed by delk performance.

my 93 has no traction control the 95 does

so my question is can i just swap ecms and should i? is the chip a piggie back or is it soldered in the ecm? if it is a piggy back can i just clip it out, rewire and all is well?

i am a complete newb when it comes to the eeciv system. i know montronic O.K., but that is apples and oranges.

ECC4 chips plug into the back of the stock computer thru a little window you open up from removing the cover. I really don't know about the TC or not. I'm not sure on the chip being burnt for one exact "batch" code on the computer.
