Bought this used awhile ago. Never got around to installing it.

Magnaflow 2.5" stainless xpipe. $65 shipped.

Bump for a good deal. Have this same pipe on mine.

A muffler shop will have no trouble patching this in.

.25 is very little difference.

The debate is now in my head as to whether I want to deepen the sound any further than what my Magnaflow currently has. I do not want to sound too much like a Mustang. LOL.

I have it and it wont make it sound like a mustang.

At times i wish mine sounded louder.

Going to post this in the general FS forum today. I'll let it go for a few more days, then up on ebay.

I've had that exact X-pipe for about a month now. I had previously taken off the resonators. That X-pipe DID free up some hp, it is obvious during acceleration, and my mpg went up 2 mpg. It sounds really good with no resonators and that X-pipe. I personally think it gives the car a more Maganaflow type sound. Mine was also 2.5" and the muffler shop just used a couple of adapters. I had them install it where that big round muffler type thing is. Both pipes enter and exit this thing. Remove it and add the X-pipe. It is about 1/2 way down the exhaust, you can't miss it. I think it is used as a type of mixing box or crossover for the exhaust. It is not a cat because it has rolled edges and no sensor. A cat would not have rolled edges.

I know for sure the '03s have that "box", but neither of my '06s do. My '06s have the same set-up as my 2000.
