EBay has new hub and bearing for frnt. For $23 ea. delivered. Are they a good brand?

I can get National Bearings for the Mark for $16 from Advance, but I get a commercial discount
Very simple. Parts are made overseas, then assembled here.

This company (National Precision Bearings)is not making integrated wheel hub assemblies. The one that is as above is from India, and was in a limited partnership with NTN bearings.
What does this mean? I would stick with another Mfg. ie Timken, SKF, NTN, or F.A.G. Bearings . They have better quality.
...but I get a commercial discount
