Today i'm driving and hear a clunk followed by a tire squealing sound like if you are taking a turn too fast. I get home to see what is up and the front ball joint on the right side backed out about 3/4 of an inch! I put a crow bar in there and am able to move the ball joint in and out. So obviously something will have to be replaced again. I just changed the ball joints out 200 miles ago, so I don't know if it will have to be the spindle or I have a bunk ball joint. What do you all think???

This car is starting to make my head and wallet ache here lately.

dude, I bought those DP balljoints and one of them broke on me after 10 months of use. I replace them both again with Euromarque ones.

i had trouble with both euromarque and deutscheparts ball joints.
switched to moog and haven't had trouble since.

Honestly I wouldn't recommend putting anything on these cars other than the Moogs as a replacement. I bought the Bremen Tech one and the boot tore before I even had it on the damn car. It wasn't dragged or heated or anything, it literally just tore on the crease. I wrote them about it several times because it was under "warranty" and they conveniently ignore me.

Was it tightened to spec?

It's not the stud, the whole ball joint came out of it's pressed in bore!! I'll throw up a pic.

I'm not sure if the shop that pressed the bushings messed up the spindles I.D. bore or the the diameter of the new ball joint is a little on the small/loose side.

Mine, the ball didnt come out, but the bolt split in 2, I had pictures but I lost them.
I would love to get OEMs or at least Moogs, but they are out of my reach for now. So Im trying the Euromarque ones.

DO NOT put the DP ones on your car unless you are looking for trouble! After less than 6 months of use my passenger side one snapped in two, taking a wheel and fender as collateral damage. Now less than two months later I'm under there checking things out and find the the drivers side one is worn so badly i can move it up and down nearly 1/4"!!! Buy the MOOG, if you dont you're gonna buy them anyways when the cheap ones break and then you probably will have to pay for other stuff too! I've learned my lesson, please, please take my advice.
