I havn't "fixed" any of those but I did change my rear oil 10k ago. Cat's, hubs, injectors look oem.
 
I haven't done any of the above. But I have replaced the 3rd cat with an H-pipe and replaced both front air shocks with new ones from Arnott. That's about it beyond regular maintenance with 192K miles.

Oops! Edit: I forgot, I also replaced the UCA's, LCA's, sway bar links, and tie rod ends in the front end. Pretty much rebuilt the whole thing. Can't believe I forgot about that!!!!!
 
wheel bearings because of hub swap.
axle oil because of gear change.
IMRCs cleaned cuz i felt like it.
the only broken thing i've replaced was the egr tube on that list.
otherwise, front suspension components, air ride parts.
oh, and o2s. but i didn't notice a mileage or power difference after changing. even after 180k miles on the stock ones.

I've done rear oil cause I put in a 04 cobra diff
Hubs cause I wanted mustang bolt pattern
Becontrols shift recalibration kit for reliability and I do race it
 
1 EGR tube AND sensor.:D

No vote for diff fluid, only replaced that with the 373 gear.:)
