Need Help willing to pay for it

I have a 97 LSC Mark 8 and i need help... My buddy who came home from IRAQ gave up on this car, and i want to fix it and return it all working order... couple things i need to get done and i need them in this order...
1) Valve Cover Gaskets replaced *have gaskets, and all bolts removed and ready*
2) Front Air Bags need replaced *Have bags ready to be installed*
3) Blend Door Is busted
4) If at all possible *Timing chain tensioner* It makes noise and would love it replaced but i know its horrible.

The car is Imobile at the moment due to #1 & #2. Car is located in Groton, CT if someone in the area would like to give me a hand i have most tools and can get anything i need i think or if you have tools even better. I have 2 hurniated discs otherwise i would have done it myself. I am willing to pay and or give good items to the person who will get it done.

to volunteer my time to help out a fellow Mark VIII owner / Veteran if we were local
to one another.

We have a great group of guys who live in the NE area who might be able to step-up
to lend a helping hand. Your buddy will appreciate all your efforts when he gets his
Mark back.

I know how to take these things apart, it's the putting back together i've never been good at. If I were a couple hours closer, i'd take care of 1-3. 4 is out of my league.
