Clips that are suppose to come on Fuel Filter

I just got my second WIX fuel filter from Rock Auto. The first one the guy pulled the wrong filter number. The second one doesn't match the pic on their WEB site. See the pic I'm attaching and there are a white and black clips that I believe are necessary to install fuel filter. Anyone care to comment.

Yes those secure the lines to the filter.
Spend a couple dollars more and get one from the dealer. No wrong parts that way.


The filter is kind of a pain to get to.

I have replaced the Mark filter before on my other Mark. When I saw the pic showing the clips, I knew this was the right filter. I just can't believe they were shown, but not included.

you can reuse the old ones if you don't break them removing it. i usually break them though.
