I got side tracked on car repairs and family medical problems.

You guys decide and I will be there.

I have a DSLR for pics.

This Wednesday September 14 sounds fine.

Rodewaryer, if we meet at South Mountain... please pick the initial meeting spot.

Voyeur since you work that day, pick the time that works best.

I just reread the thread, Rodewaryer already mentioned Dobbins point. Is that clearly marked? Rodewaryer, please clarify Dobbins point (is there signage etc) so we all know where to meet.

Dobbins point lookout lot, along the second half of the lot

Date/Time: Wednesday September 14, 5:00PM? (Edited time)
(Sunset is 6:40PM, but there will still be some light after that).

yeah a little clarification on the area would be great. I know its by dubbins road, so baseline would be the fastest track there? Rodewaryer enlighten us

Looks like from Tucson it would be I-10 to Baseline, West to Central Ave, then South.
Others can take I-17 to 7th Ave or 7th street, then over to Central Ave, then South.

Dang i only work 3 days next week and wed is one of them. I'm gna have to take a rain check for that meet, have about 3 hrs between school and work and in any trip to phx id need at least 5 hrs alotted. Hope there's a good show up

Since our 1 Tuscon Wednesdays person can not make it, and Voyeur can get there earlier at 5PM...

How about 5PM instead at South Mountain Dobbin's Lookout this Wednesday Sept 14?

Try this. The neighborhood leading up to the South Mountain entrance can be a little iffy. The park itself has winding roads with some dangerous drop offs. Be aware of bicyclists! Not sure what direction anyone is coming from.

Thanks for the directions. I'm for sure bringing my 2004 and I will try and get my 2000 out there to so we have another car.
