19 inch rims

Those won't work. The offset is too high to run a spacer without them sticking out past the fenders.

And I like ice cream but it can't be used as wheels. Whats the point if they can't be used?

you gotta learn to think outside the box, wheels sure as hell can be made out of ice cream. If I had my other computer I'd show you a few pics to prove it.

The mks wheels look nice but I don't think it looks on a ls though. I thought the lug nuts placement is different on the ls and mks.

Assuming you're talking about the wheels empire posted, I think you mean they are the wrong bolt pattern, not offset..?

I think what he meant was the there is to much offset to use an adapter with out the wheel sticking out real far, but I could be wrong

bingo..
Its the wrong lug pattern, given the offset and the need for spacers it would stick out way past the fenders....

Choco,, I have a set of these on order right now!! Guy I spoke with assured me they would fit both Gen LS

Well....... He was wrong. The MkS has a 5 X 114.3 (4.5) bolt pattern and the Ls uses a 5 X 108. The MkZ also uses a 5 X 114.3.

edit:

Never mind. I thought you were talking about the MkS wheels.

It'll fit, just need a special adapter... the adapter looks like this
