Ticking noise from rear of car?

Lately when either slowing down, or going over bumps I hear a ticking noise from the rear suspension..... Or maybe the CV axles? I cant tell I can only hear it when the radio is down (when passengers are in the car) and they usually ask... It is an annoying ticking noise that seems to vary based on vehicle speed which makes me think it is something with the CV axles. I need to check the clearance between the rotors and the rock shields. Just wondering what you guys thought before I started taking stuff apart... I dont notice anything from a casual inspection.

I had similar issues replaced the rear-sway-bar links and problem was fixed.

Yeah, mine arent looking too good, but they havent seperated yet....
