My driver side window stopped worked suddenly last week. Out of nowhere the window would go up but slightly off track, then the next time I tried to lower it, I heard a bang then the window fell all the way down

Massive pick warning, thumb doesn't show but the pic works

I got the window on the correct alignment to go up and down, but it feels like nothing is holding it up/down.. does anyone know what could be wrong?

Also noticed this thing popped out when I pushed up the window, I guess its not supposed to do that lol

That's one of the cords from the broken regulator that I wrote about on your other thread.
