Gear Install Price

My guy outside STL charges 550. If you bring him a working rearend he'll give you back a fully rebuilt tracloc'ed rear end with what ever gear you want from 2.73 to 5.14. That might be my good guy price.
 
Where does your guy live? I know one of those guys on my side of the river. He buys a lot of guns and toys just off of doing gear installs out of his garage.

I have a Mark rear end with 3:73 gear and Trac-loc 85K. But Kendrick gave me 100.00 to hold it. Sold for 250.00 + 200.00 to install. So 450.00 Total + includes 93 one piece drive shaft. Cheapest way to go.

Thats still way to high in my book.Or maybe I should be charging 400 hmmm?? Any mustang speed shops in your area? They will be cheap on 8.8 installs.

Guess I'll find out soon too. All the stuff except the driveshaft is sitting here ready.
Somebody posted a thread listing everything down to the lube. Anyone know that thread- too many posts come up in search.
Synthetics good for us to use?
