They could has used a less confusing picture. And mine does come on whenever the defroster is turned on. I had no idea what it was so I always just shut it off.

Then they could call it an Owner's Manual, or an Owner's Guide. You could also have a link to access this manual from the manufacturer's web site. They could call that something like Lincoln Owner. You could enter your VIN and get all sorts of information.
