Where to buy?

I've been scouring the internet and cant seem to find a place to get a few things. Hopefully you guys can help me out.

First is we are getting our 02 Ls repainted and are trying to replace all the chrome trim on the exterior with black chrome preferably, or just black if we cant find black chrome.

Its a v8

Then all the plastic junk under the hood relating to the cooling system, like the thermostat housing and the upper radiator hose manifold? looking thing. You know what I'm talking about, where the upper radiator hose connects to, then there is the short peice of hose that goes to the fill neck/bleeder neck, and bolts in 2 places to the block. One to the left and one to the right of the thermostat housing. And if you could tell me what this piece if called so I dont feel like a jackass, that would be great.

Thanks in advance, and if there is any other tips or things I should know about these LS's. I've had a few Mark series Lincolns but this is my first Ls. Just got it saterday and I love it already

Great. Thanks, I'll give him a call tomorrow. Who else is good to contact about aftermarket stuff? The car has magnaflows so the sound department is ok for what she wants to do with it. Just planning on an intake and maybe a programmer. We have plans for audio, rims and lighting type mods. Mostly aesthetics. She wont let me get too crazy with a build, but I guess my diesel is taking up most of my funds in that department anyway.

That is her baby, and here is my baby. She is down for now getting a fully built tranny right now and in the process of getting windows blacked out. Limo all around and a 10-12" strip across the windshield

I frequent the yards around here. Atleast the ones that let you pull your parts. Its hard enough finding a Mark VIII there let alone an Ls.

I am assuming that all the LS's came with the plastic junk under the hood in the cooling department?

correct, plastic so when the car heats up and cools off the plastic cracks and cost us alot of money :p

My friend has a 2005 Ford F-250 with water injection, lifted 6 inches, 36s, Banks tuner (soon to go to a SCT), and a bunch of other stuff I can't remember..

That DuraJunk is her dads. And its exactly that!! Half throttle to maintain 65mph with that Jeep on a 14x7 trailer behind it on level ground.

After the tranny on the tractor, I got a modded garret turbo to slap on as soon as I get sum head studs. With my injectors and tunes, the turbo will be spooling a bit over 40 psi :gr_devil: With an update on my tunes, I'll be pretty close to 450 at the wheels. But she will !never! ride like the Lincoln but then again, the Lincoln will never Roll that Coal!
 
That's the best thing about a diesel.. I drive the semis and it's fun as hell to give 'er hell and smoke the sh!t outta the person next to you.. Or, when your setting poles (I'm a lineman) and the foreman is b!tching at you, speed up the PTO (equivalent of flooring it) and throw some soot at him.. :D

When I get a job, I'm getting a F-250 Harley Davidson.. :)
