It is in bad shape. The block is cracked, butt he car is rust free. When I drug it out of his garage a neighbor of his offered 9 grand for it the way it is.

I think around 2300 were made in 40.

He had some alum heads, double intake, some stromberg 97s laying around.
Some other flathead goodies.
He gave up the the flatheads years ago.
