Any of u guys ever see another ls driving on the road and the first thought in your mind is my :q:q:q:q is better than his or hers. The next time i see a ls im gonna give em the high beams lets see how far this goes ill start it off in philly
 
Most of the ones around here are just dd's to people who just use it as a car. I did see a v6 with chrome 20's a while ago and he just gave me a mean look when he was checking mine out, oh well, we could've been friends.lol
 
Old or young, male or female I always wave to them like they are my best friend... I love see'n other LS's. My GF hates it.. so that makes it a little more fun.
 
Yes, all the time. Whenever I see another LS on the road I am thinking the same thing. Damn my LS is Sexier.:D

I went to the pressure wash car wash the other day and there was this LS in the stall next to me. I tried to be a nice guy and make conversation with him but he did not want to talk. Too bad I could have given him some tips.
 
I always flash the lights at other LSes. And of course mine is better than their's. Any of the ones around here are either bone stock or just have tint/wheels.

We've already been playing this game for quite some time. You're a little late to the party.

What have you done to your's to make it "better" than their's? I see a stock LS in your avatar. Just wondering.
 
Soopa - I do the same thing here in Ohio ! We must not have any LVC members with an LS cause nobody waves back ! I just assume they're an ass. Haha ! Or they are old and give me a look like I'm crazy ! If I see that they don't have LVC decals I always ask if they know about it and I play up the site and. Brag about how awesome it is !
 
If I see another mark on the road I usually just try to roast my tires by them like at a set of lights to make them look then I give "the nod"

This is very true! lol, I can't say anyones is better than anyones I like all the cars ive seen on this site so far!
 
I see ls's on the road all the time...but I've only seen one in all the years that looked decenT it was white & droped ect. All the ones I see are just like pektel said bone stock or on some corny 20's with tint. Nothing special...theirs don't even compare to mine for me to even say or do anything:) damn I love my ls!
 
On a trip this summer in TX, I filled up next to another black gen2. I told him nice car and he said "haha, yea but it's a piece of sh!t"... Then he went on to talk about how hes in the military and when he gets back he will buy something else and get rid of the "POS".

He was kind of a douche about everything in general and I didn't even try to argue for the LS's side. He had his mind made up.

If he wasn't such a tool about it all, I was going to ask what was wrong and tell him the coils and plugs are easy to replace etc.


But he didn't even comment on my LS, i figured he might say something - but nope he was too involved in his little army story and how they will pay him big bucks for a car that will blow the LS away.
 
People in other kinds of cars go out of their way to give me the thumbs up or the head nod, but other LS's go out of their way not to look. I see two categories: Newer LS's that are stock but well taken care of, or Gen 1's that need to be set on fire.
 
Mine is totally stock so I don't look down on the other ones I see. Until I looked on LVC I never saw a nicely modded, tastefully improved LS. Closest I saw had custom grilles and tinted windows. Kinda weak.
Here in Fresno (lots of blue collar folks) I see nice stockers (usually really old drivers) funky wheel/tire combos and cockroaches (dents/primer.)
 
The first time I saw another LS while I was driving mine, I tried to honk at it.. but my horn doesn't work.

There's a lot of LS' in the town I live in. It seems to be mostly either older people or young latinos that have them. I know there's at least 5 in my neighborhood.. Some of the ones around here, I consider disgraces (a couple with huge rims, one with red stripes down the side, and red circles on the tires).. But there are some pretty cool Mark VIIIs and Town Cars..

I've never had the pleasure of meeting or talking to another LS owner, besides my friend who drives his parent's LS. Another time I was victim of Lincoln On Lincoln Crime, when one tried to race me.. and another time Some guy was telling me how he sold his and regrets it all the time.. he was on the verge of tears.
 
There is a ls for sale right by my house with 20" lexanis full body kit, custom silver/blue paint job. Wing doors and full custom interior. I'll try to get a pic it's at a old car dealership. Then there is a Lincoln town car on 28's that could run over a duramax lolol
 
Im stock on the outside except for tires and tint so i dont gloat too much but im the only lse ive seen around in my area.

Most other ones are either gen II sports or gen 1's with all that chrome.
 
Interested looks

There are probably more LSs, for the size of the population, here in the Metro Detroit Area, than anywhere else in the Country. It's very common to see as many as half-a-dozen in a half hour's drive. With that said, the 'sports-car-wave' is fairly common, and it is quite usual to get comprehensive looks or eager comments at a light or in a parking lot. It's almost always due to the roll-cage.:D

I had a similar experience once, but it was not as bad. Now, i don't wave to anybody (LS'rs) or flash the lights. F#ck em all. If they care enough, they will.

Well you don't have alot of mods to do on the outside since you have a lse. I've only seen ONE black LSE witch I think is rare because theirs so many types of cars in the dfw. I've seen everything from phantoms to a maybach to bentleys, ferrari's ect...I've seen all those more than a lse. Maybe I saw yours...What part of the dfw are you from?
