Lincoln should build a '13 LS on this platform.

I believe Ford is phasing out the 5.4 so I doubt they would put it into a new Lincoln. It just doesn't make sense for them to continue making an engine that's only put into the GT500. I'm hoping they come out with a boosted and factory forged DOHC 6.2 but I don't know want to get my hopes up too high. :cool:
 
Well that would be about their level.. Then they would run the production for 3 years with the 5.4 and discontinue the car/engine.. :cool:
 
OK here is the likely hood of it all the chances of us getting a rwd fl slim to none well rwd sedan but if we were the falcon is an awesome platform that up until abou a year ago was developed to come over here size wise the falcon is near the ls in dimensions or closest to it than say the mks(road boat ought to make the tc proud) the 5.4 is being phased out as theyve been testing the 5.0 in eco boost apps for the ausies to the tune of near 600 horses ... so an ecobost 3.5 base ls making an extra 100hp over the 2nd gen v8 and the v8 making a hearty 320hp more provided there was proof its worth bringing here i need to get a degree stat and on a study panel to prove id slap down anywhere from 50-75k on a boosted rwd lincoln sedan hell or a nice to coupe to bring the mark name back with pride

it shouldnt what i said in plain english is the 5.4 is dead 5.0 plus turbo equals 600hp easy and ford couldnt make the falcon american because it would interfere with the fusion and the taurus for lincoln it could very well be the new flasgship semi halo car to chase down that awful cts v ....
 
o for god sake gentlemen i could care less about my grammatical errors while you guys get to play professors im out here n a god forsaken country attempting to protect you i think the least amount of slack that can be cut is for a damn period or comma if you slow down and read if is entirely to easy to pick up on it .....,,,,, that make you feel better

it is a huge issue i have with forums are pseudo English teachers who roam only to force me to dot my i's and cross my tee's. i am on the cpu guys after a 13 hour day which is an easy one by comparison of my usual, and im trying to decompress we get attacked around here to my surprise regularly when here im just hoping to revel in the camraderie of a love for auto's and not be pushed around for comas and periods please this is one of the few pleasures i get a day ive got no tv so....
 
basically my thoughts on the net and forums is this. not everyone was given the optimum opportunities for a great education. that said if you cant understand someones bit then leave it alone if you can by all means help the guy out. an then everyone wins why burn precious time of yours and mines to bust my balls for a period?

You take the internet too seriously. Talking to others within a casual conversation can often lead to joking around and other B/S'ing. I figured you would just laugh it off or carry the joke a little. I meant no harm. Enjoy the rest of the internets.
 
its hard not to take it in that respect. my apologies for seeing the wrong side of it writing has never been my forte' so to speak. ive always been much more of a verbal person being left handed w/ :q:q:q:qy script. i lost a love for writing some time ago along with its grammatical nuances and all
 
Its just really hard to read something when everything is jammed together.

At least space everything out and use proper punctuation where its needed.

It makes you look like an 8 years old kid if you always type like this and you don't use any periods or punctuation marks where needed and then you move on to another subject and you just leave it all smushed together so people get a headache when trying to read when it only takes a couple seconds to go back and make sure you don't have everything all jammed up and im also a military vet just got back from Iraq less than three months ago but that doesn't excuse me from using punctuation marks and spell check.

This might just be a forum and im all for playing around but thats the only thing i cant stand. I dont care about spelling i just hate run on sentences.

Has nothing to do with marks. Its just downright hard to read. I already have bad headaches from wearing contacts.

I like coming to visit often.. You guys do some innovative stuff over there.. I can't wait until frog gets better at cf and is able to quote what parts are going to cost.. I am def going to get something made from him, just don't want to open my mouth when I have no money
 
Yeah I understand but cut the guy a break. I think the Lincoln ls is a piece of dog shiet, and almost cost me my life and i hate them and can't stand them but you don't see me complaining about them. Same concept, this forum doesn't run how you want it if someone doesn't use period or proper punctuation deal with it just scroll to the next reply no one is making you read it.
