Factory chity alarm!

Well my alarm issues still are going on. With the my Mark becoming my own personal alarm clock... I finally had enough of it with it going off on the weekend. During the week its great in case I over sleep but when your neighbors come over to see if everything is ok on a Saturday because the Mark is awake thats not good! So I was going to disconnect the factory alarm. If I do this will I loose anything (i.e. keyless entry) besides the alarm?

Keyless entry will still work. Only the alarm will be disabled.
