It doesn't look vandalized, just someone took a lot of parts for their ls. I would think vandalized would be just to damage the car not take parts. If all the windows were broken, headlights smashed, scratched everywhere, inside torn, ect, then it would be vandalized.

I think it is because I associate that green with the Cypress Town Car, which was the same sort of green.

I wonder why they took the instrument cluster--whomever buys it will have to take it to a dealership to have it married to the car's PCM, and I suspect that would be a traceable part...
