This is a new one on me ! I went to use my A/C this week and at first a small rattle from the passenger side only when i recirculated the air . Now whenever i try to use my A/C it sounds like something is being thrown into a fan . Ive searched and didnt see anything like it . Does anyone know if maybe i could have something broke or stuck in a small motor fan under the glove box ? If so how the heck do i get to it? thanks in advance !

Have you been running without a cabin air filter? If so, you may have leaves or some such in the blower compartment.
You may be able to suck it out with a shop vac by going though where the cabin air filer would be installed. After that, I'd put an air filter in.

If you did and do have a cabin air filter in place, then you will probably have to remove the blower assembly to see what is going on. Fortunately, it is easy to get to and remove compared to some cars.

There's no "small motor fan" under the glove box.
There is a squirrel cage blower behind the glove box, it's the blower for the whole AC system.

Ah ha blower was the word i was going for there thanks !! I couldnt think of what it was called. Nope i just put a new air filter , well not new i actually blew them out at my shop when i changed my oil. They looked new anyway. I just now looked at it again , this time i noticed the screen behind the filter and checked it also. No problome there. What does the blower look like and how do i go about checking it out ?

Thanks ! That was it. All that racket and noise over a straw wrapper ! The link you gave me influenced me to search for the link to the whole workshop manual. Everyone should check this out. It will definitely cut back the number of repeat questions from me. I spent about an hour just browsing and reading all the info !
