Bumper cover

Will a bumper cover say from a 2004 or newer fit a 2002. I want the exhaust pipes to go through the bumper cover like the newer LSs.

The back of my car was smashed so I figured this would be a good time to do the mod.

New rear bumper swap for 1st gen - 2nd gen will require new trunk lid and rear tail lights i presume, someone will correct me if I'm mistaken

Ok, thasnks. The trunk lid is fine so I dont need to buy a new one however the tail lights on the right are smashed.

Maybe I can just have the repair shop make the cut-outs for the tail pipes

Cut out would be the cheapest way to go, not hard at all. Pektel's thread on it

This has been covered in dept many times. The bumper will fit but the rear surround on the trunk will not line up with the bumper. The rear surrounds are different between first and second generation ls.
