WTB Gen2 stock grillle

I am looking for a 2 piece gen2 grille. I just got outbidded on ebay by 1 freaken dollar cause I stepped away from my comp. I actually just need the grille surround, not the center, so if you have a broken center but complete surround, that will work. Even if the surround has rock damage, as long as it is in one piece and not broken I am interested. I need it for the CDC mesh I will be ordering. I alreagy bought a gen1 grille just need the gen2 to have have mounting for both grilles. PM me or post. Thanks

No such thing as a 2nd gen two piece grille, they are all one piece, 1st gen had two piece grille. All year grilles fit all Lincoln LS.

Yes there is.Mine was a 2 piece grille, 04. The chrome surround top and bottom is one piece and comes off the black waterfall. The gen1 grilles dont have a bottom chrome surround. The bottom surround on gen1s are part of the water fall and are black.Mine was an 04 and the chrome came off from waterfall center. How else do you make an all chrome grille by switching a 2 piece chrome with a 2 piece chrome water fall from the lse grille?

I know all years fit all ls'es, BUT, the gen1 stock and gen2 stock grilles are diff. Doesn't matter much and many people cant see the diff or dont know about it, but in what they differ is why I need a gen2 grille. I need the bottom part of the surround to cover the cdc mesh and gen1 grilles dont have that. I already bought a gen1 grille too to try and find a way to mount the mesh on it.



GEN1- No chrome on the bottom part, only top.

GEN2- Chrome top and bottom, chrome is all one piece.

Yeah, thats the plan. Dont need the test grilles since I have my cdc. For me it's just a little project for fun, plus I get a new mesh for my CDC surround, which now that I have a gen1 grille I see what the CDC surround actually is. The cdc grille is uses the top part of a gen1 grille and the cdc company made the bottom surround specifically for the mesh. Thats why Ken(greyghost) was trying to get a company to produce the bottom surround only as the tops could be re-used from gen1's.

Not yet. Haven't bought the mesh yet cause no one jump in on it except for LS4me. I'll have to buy the whole roll on my own so thats why it's taken long, but my magnaflow exhaust is first on the list still, then mesh after

You can buy I piece when I get the mesh in. I'll take
"orders" if people want me to ship the cut pieces for top and bottom grille or make them grilles by them sending me theres. But all that a little later. No money needed now.

You did not lose the auction, but decided that was the most you would pay for it. Someone was willing to pay more. I see alot of items on ebay that go for more than they should. You must know what things cost and then decide how much is it worth to you.

New like 100-120 I think. ebay 80-120. The one I lost was taken at 43.I sold mine for 30 on here. How much are they around you?

After I paint my grill porb by the end of this month I will have my stock 2 piece, the chrome is bubbling but still will have to wait on the final product on the other grill to see if I sell it. Will let you know later on if your still interested that is
