It looks incomplete with it being shorter than the actual housing.

Therefore, if you are blacking out the signal lense, then I would say #2 would look the most complete thereafter.

If your going to keep them on there, I would put a resistor so it's not as bright.. With them that bright, there's just too much going on.. It doesn't flow right..

All opinions are welcome. I thought it'd look good, and I still like them (of course I do, it was my idea lol). Truth be told, however, I would rather have done them in a halo style, which was my first idea, but the strip just wasn't flexible and pliable enough; the round edge of the corner where the amber lens goes was a big enough pain in the dick. Also, I didn't have much color selection. Had this been a thoroughly planned mod, I would've taken the time to order better, higher quality (purple) leds. However, it was something I did on a whim; and I still like it

I have a spare set of headlights. I had thought about drilling the holes in the black section of the lights and mounting a few LED's. Dunno yet if I like the look.

when would you have these on, because your regular lights will be on at night and you wont really see em in the day

Dusk and dawn, mostly. And they're visible in daytime (from about 10 or 15 feet), and at night when not looking directly into the lights.

i see, i dont know if i like em. its a cool idea though, hopefully the glue doesnt were out, cause if they start sagging that'll blow
