Poor Heat, changed DCCV & have codes

Having the similar issues as others with the heat not getting warm until I set the temp to 83 degrees. Below 83 degrees it blows cold air and frost up the windshield. Replaced the DCCV and refilled the coolant. The heater valve won't bleed. Traced the lines and saw that one of the metal tubes that run past the header on the passenger side coming out of the DCCV appears crushed. The dealer replaced a few coil packs and I am wondering if they crushed it as I do not know if it is suppose to look like that or not. Took a few photos of the line. Did the A/C code check and got the following codes:
(12 42), (27 99), (16 76), (12 62) & (27 98).

Any ideas or am I dealer bound?

yes its crushed.

looks like they used it to pry something and crushed it. just cut that section out and put some good heater hose in there.

Ditto. I just went out and checked mine and there is a bend in the line, but nothing like what you have!

You could splice in some hose, but see if you can get the dealer to admit to crushing the line.
