P303 is driving me nuts

i figured they'd be 130-140 and you found a weak one at 120..
120 was the highest?

yuk

The process of elimitation isn't working for me. I've done spark plugs (764's), replaced coil on cylinder 3, and the boots on all of the rest of them, I've even changed the fuel injector with a new motorcraft one. What else can I be missing? Do I go back to square one? I am going to try Motorcraft plugs next. Just in case the plugs got fouled up or something.

Is the injector clicking on that cylinder? You can buy a cheap stethoscope with a probe to hear if it is clicking, or use a test light to see if it flashes, It should have +12 all the time on one side and a pulsing ground on the other, so to check it, first check if you have 12 volts on one side, then put test light across the wires and it should flash when running. this is also true for the coil, check it with the test light.

What else can I be missing?

I was looking for the "rest" of the compression test results, for a reason.

I'm suspecting you have the "oh so dreaded" broken/weak/getting ready to break valve spring.

it's not that common on a second gen, but it's not outside the realm of possibilities.

What were the rest of the engines compression results???
