Window Regulator

What is it with these dam things. I've replaced the front two and left passenger rear regulator throughout the years. The driver side I replaced in July of 07. Now it's going bad. Not even three dam years. I think water gets in the doors and causes the motor and parts to start breaking down. What do you guys think. On my way to Napa to pick one up. Just had to vent.

I live in Florida and put my windows up and down alot to vent hot air and other reasons. My windows go down and up at least 2 times per workday with one extra time for the drivers side to get into the electronic gate. I have had the car since 19K and I now have 102K. The only regulator I had to replace so far was the drivers side front. Is non use causing these things to fail, or do you guys put your windows down a lot too? Just wondering if I am lucky or if my habits of using the windows often actually helps in some way.

Replaced two on driverside and one on passabger side. Every time the cable jumps off the track and winds wrong on the pully.

make sure your replace the regulator with the new design. I replaced my two rear regulators. No other window problems
