Just bought autolite double platinum spark plugs for my 2006 ls 3.9. Does anyone know what the gap size is? Please help.

1.0 to 1.1mm as indicated by the other post. Please note that the gap is also indicated by the emissions sticker under the hood. This same gap applies for any valid spark plug. The gap determines the spark voltage. If you changed the spark voltage, then you would likely damage the fragile coils.

Very good point.

I think it is 0.044

You are close, but not quite right. - as indicated above. (In this case, close may not be good enough.)

It is 1.0 to 1.1 mm, which translates to a range of 0.039" to 0.043" That makes 0.041" the ideal gap to set it to.

Thats true i seen it was to be between 0.039 and 0.043. But on the ngk site i found it said 0.044 i used the ngk G-Power plugs. When i first put them in i set them to 0.041 then took them out about a week after and reset them to 0.044 and there seems to be alittle bit of differents seems to be alittle more respondsive. I don't know?
