i've searched some threads and cant find an exact answer. i also would like to know how to good search within lvc but ne ways. if i have a 03 non sport ls and i wanted to put the sport shocks what would i need to make it fit correctly if anything. ive read that it requires different bushings or that i might as well change them when i do the shocks and adding the sport sway bar and sway bar links to improve handling as well. if you can provide me with part numbers so i can do this. i am also a contributor to iothers dumb posts for the record. thanks in advance

ok i found out the shocks will fir correctly. but im told i should replace the sway bar with the sport sway bar to match performance so this is where im supposed to change the bushings to match them so my question now is if i am changing the sway bar on a non sport to a sport, which bushing am i supposed to use, the non sport or the sport bushing???

You should keep the shocks and swaybars matched (Sport with Sport, non-Sport with non-Sport, etc). If you're talking about the bushings on the swaybar, it doesn't matter. They revised the design so the bushings are no longer removable (to reduce the squeaking); they're bonded to the swaybar.

So you can't replace the bushings on these? You would need to replace the whole bar?

That's correct. The main reason to replace the bushings is to deal with squeaking; with the new bonded design, that's effectively eliminated, so there's no need to replace those bushings.

Ok, thanks.I was going to through some older threads and found 02v8sport put on new bushing. He cut those bonded ones and put energy suspension bushings on. When I break to a stop, the car makes a squeaking noise likes its rocking back and forth towards the end before coming to a complete stop. I might have to ct them off to avoid getting the whole bar
