Snow tires + dry pavement

sucks. Some punk kid tried to race me at a stoplight today. I stalled up to about 1500, punched it on green, and broke both tires loose. I'm thinking that directly attributed to the snow tires.

I did win the "race" at least. Although I'd hardly call it that. Only made it up to about 70, then I had to make my turn.

That is all. I'm really bored today.
 
Nice win!!! I guess... But yeah the snow tires are way softer and will break loose much easier. Not to mention in this weather they are wearing down much quicker. Which sucks cuz I put mine on a month ago when we got that first snow and haven't had any since and I can already tell a difference on my brand new rear tires! Damn it where is the snow?! :D

Interesting we both upgraded our sig pics though. Which one do you like better? I think we should keep adding pics as we have meets.
 
That sucks, I can stall my LS up to 3000 and break both of my street slicks loose ;) I wonder what would happen if I had some econotire on there.. :D
 
I may be getting some Bridgestone Pole Position 275's for the rears on my 19's. Well, once a certain member gets back to me anyways.

No traction sucks.

Yep, I really jumped the gun too. the thing is, my summer tires are complete CRAP on snow. It's a huge safety hazard running those on any amount of snow.

And I agree, we should keep adding pics of the meets. I don't know which looks better, the both look good. I threw mine together in MS Paint. The april meet pic was smaller, so I added a border to make it the same size.

It still looks weird cuz of the different sizes, but you're kinda weird, so it all works out pretty well I guess :D . I hate you though. Seriously. I really do.




I'm just jealous cuz I don't have enough extra cash to make my car a real stunner. :(

Your LS is doing just fine, man. I love it. Don't let that one dude in the Audi that showed up to compliment my LS at the meet bother you. :p
 
Thanks, Brandon. They are fun, great looking cars. But a little on the expensive side to modify performance-wise.

Oh I don't. I'll take the numorous women who pick mine as thier favorite in person to the one crack head in a A6 picking yours :D

*also I think your mods list in your signature got a little screwed up. You should shorten it downa and make it two lines instead of one lone one. IMHO

Yeah, they like the dark blue color. But I can play guitar/sing fairly well. I get my women that way. :D
 
S4, really? Don't really remember too well. And I'm not getting my women with the car. I have my own tricks. Actually I was just given a nice guitar recently, I really wanna learn how to play it.
