Hood and wing

Fiber glass can be painted with no flaws. Afterall the Corvette is car made entirely of Glass. I do know from my past experiences with them, that you need to find the right shop. Not to many people have the experience to paint Glass correctly. Make sure they use a quality gel coat on the Glass. A correctly repainted Vette runs around 5-8K, Not a cheap job to have it done right.

I have an original 3 piece wing I bought with the 96lsc. I can't get anyone local to touch it. I've been to 7 places and all say too busy or flat out refuse as it needs lots of work. I don't see how it could be painted then applied. It needs to ba installed, all gaps filled and smoothed out, lines to match up (since they don't) and then have the complete rear painted. Still, I can't wait untill I find someon here in Boston willing to try. It is such a beautiful wing.
After I finally buy a house with a garage i'll just install it myself
