Tire/Rim width

19x10 with a +50 ET if I remember correctly. He has wide ass tires also so no lowering for him. You need smaller tires if you want to fit with a lowering job.
 
Hi Guys! I know I haven't been around much. Working out in DC Area until November. LS has been in storage since May. Parked at a buddy's Race Shop. The size and offset for my wheels is Front: 19X8.5 52mm, Rear 19X10 58mm. Just rubbed a tiny bit once on the passenger rear right before I left. Thinking my shocks and struts are finally going. Close to 95,000 miles. Car was loaded with people and luggage over Chicago pavement. A little lip work on the rear should take care of this forever. Love the way the car drives with this package and my alignment settings. Looks ridiculous from behind, rolling down the road, the lines of the car and the wheels being pushed out to the lip make the tires look even wider than they really are.

Holy hell that looks like a lot of rubber. What size tires on the rear?
 
It's in my sig, 295/30/19 Dunlop Sport Maxx GT's. I get so many compliments on both the wheels and the car everywhere I go. Even had a tricked out 350Z full of kids pull up next to me back in May and ask if they could video my car. It was fun we'd jump on our cars a bit and pass each other while they were shooting. Harmless. I looked for it on youtube but never found anything. Really do need to get serious and take some time to get some good pics. Used to shoot for a living so it's not like I shouldn't have by now. The pics I posted really don't do it justice. The car just looks "Right" if that makes any since. The whole package, exhaust, everything looks like it could be factory and the paint is sick. I've worked hard to get the finish very smooth and when I did the paint just came alive. It will go from an almost Black, Charcoal, Greenish Gold to a bright Silver depending on what angle you are looking from. In the late afterrnoon sun it looks amazing. I would hate to have to do panel matching or blending on this car. I think it would be almost impossible to really match it.
 
Thanks! I think she's purty! You can get those same wheels and the BBS Style Challenge wheels like mine off of ebay for less than half that. Look up ferrari wheels, pasofino is the sellers name. He is only advertising 11" wide rears as part of the sets but he has the 10's too. Just contact him first. I could have lowered it and been fine if I had stayed with the 245 and 275's I had on before. Just didn't feel like lowering a car that I was already having clearance issues on. The 295 and 255's fill out the wheelwells better and drive great! Hooks well too, still get a rip out of second and a chirp out of third sometimes too. Fun!
 
Too bad we never got a chance to hook up when I was living out on Long Island last year. Would have been fun to shoot some pics of them side by side. You might recognize the location of the last pic. Took it out on Randall's Island while setting up for Bloomberg's Annual Party! Sad you're moving on but I understand. Looking at things with work and figuring out if I'm going to keep the LS and buy something else or get rid of it next year. That new Coyote motor going in the Stangs next year is really interesting and I have to admit that the SHO is growing on me. Really like the Subie STI too!
 
245-40-18....... 275-35-18?????

Can the following size tire fit on a 1st gen lincoln LS premium with stock 17s?...245-40-18 for the front and 275-35-18 for the rear on a jag zeus 18"...
