on the factory brake caliper, when replacing back on the brake pads the brake pads became snug like the 2 pistons were applying pressure, then about 5 minutes later, the outer pad became lose again, and only 1 piston was applying pressure. is this a sign the caliper is bad, and needs to be replaced? all my other calipers are applying the regular pressure on the pads, where they are not movable. also when checking the pads on the "bad caliper" i noticed a uneven wear on the pad - like one piston is working harder then the other one.. thanks
 
Yes you can buy the hardware. On the bleeding I would take the top off the reservoir and then open the bleeder and let it "gravity bleed" first till it comes out good. And then do a regular bleeding. And yes I would bleed all four, Although it may not be necessary its good to get all that old fluid out when you replace a caliper. Also pinch the line [rubber part] with some vise grips gently so you dont get a whole lot of air in the system. dont forget to LUBE it all. :D :D :D
