Car shakes when accelerating. LOTS of noises.

Sorry if it didn't make sense the way i explained it.

The noise is now completely gone. Like if nothing was ever wrong with power steering.

So I'm wondering if something could have happened to have caused the power steering noise to be SO loud... but now just went away?
Or will it definately be back?

My guess would be that you might have some air in the system. Go rent a pump from your local autozone and bleed your system completely and put new fluid in there.
