Just got a set of 245/35/20 dunlop sp sport signature tires put on today, got americas tire to price match them off tire rack for $96 a piece, the reviews seemed decent and couldnt pass up the price, dont got the money to be blowing on performance tires. fisrt impression is they feel huge, my previous tire was nankang 225/35/20 and what a diffrence. wasnt a big fan of the nankangs( very harsh ride and lound road noise), these seem to be quite a bit more quiet. so first impressions are good, we will see after i drive them a little bit and take the 650 mile trip back home next thursday.

Pics? 96$ bucks for 20" tires is a good deal. Especially from Dunlop not?

Not shabby at all for that price! Im a fan of aggressive types of tread like the Proxes T1R's and the Verdestien Ultracs but thats a good deal for 20",...... rubbers.
Luebbe, if Im not mistaken, 245/35 is the proper size for 20's as far as keeping the same over all diameter as stock.

The tire looks good on your rims. The 225/35 is too small of a tire for the LS. Had a friend had that size tire on his LS when I met him and he said that the shop told him that's the only size that would fit and I was like "bull sh$t". Not a bad tire for that price.

Dunlops are good tires, i havn't heard anything bad about them. I am a huge fan of Sumitomo and i know they own Dunlop, so they can't too bad of tire.
How do you like them? Whats the tread wear like?

I just put dunlop sp sport signature 245/45-17 on mine and I love them. They are load rated XL which makes them feel like they are holding around 50 PSI of air inside of them, but they have excellent road manners and it is great to be back pushing the limits on the twisties, including highway ramps! I paid around $116 each from Tire Rack in July. A little noisy on certain pavements, but whisper quiet on very new pavement, for sure. I didn't buy them for their noise attributes, but their performance, and I am very happy after 2K miles. Especially on the hard cornering.
yea i will be having some fun witht em this weekend when me and the fam and a few friends head up the lake tahoe this weekend, those roads will definatley put tires through their paces

JWerner you are right, he was just saying in his first post that he replaced his 225/35/20 with 245's. The 245's just fit better and make a 20" look better imho. People sometimes run a smaller tire though for some reason.
