I have recently been dealing with a dccv issue if you havent read about already. Having it fixed at a dealer was just not an option in my book. I respect there need to function as a business and all but charging $1000+ for a fairly simple repair seems out of line. I am doing the repair myself and saving about $800 not to mention the down time without the car. I decided to go with one of this forums sponsors for the parts, www.teamfordsports.com, and they have provided excellent service with dealing with getting my parts. The first dccv that was shipped was the wrong part, not their fault but they dealt with it fabulous. They are shipping me the correct part next day as well as a prepaid return label for the incorrect part that i currently have. Also have to mention their prices are waaaay below what my local ford dealer was offering me for the same part. Again, just really pleased with their service and if anyone didnt know where to go for a part they may need down the line, TeamFordSports is a great way to go. Unfortunately its hard to get good customer service these days.
