i agree you guys are sometimes pretty ridiculous, i bet everyone here and "raced" somebody at a red light and thought of it as a race whether you actually pulled over and set up rules or not. its just two people pushing there cars and having fun, cuz i know my heart starts racing every time i push that gas pedal to the floor. so settle down, damn

If you're looking for fast, skip the LS. But a Mustang or Trans Am? I see LOTS of them around. The LS? Not so much.

Fast is relative though. If you've been driving a stock Honda Civic for example, then the LS will feel fast.
