So the suspension on my car has been driving me nuts for a while now.

Issues:

1. when I turn the wheel either way while parked it makes a loud thud, bang noise…
2. while braking hard it does the same thing and feels like the wheels are going to fall off
3. While reversing and applying the brakes same thing as #2 happens

tried
replaced the sway bar end links had a mechanic check out the ball joints etc…
they seem to be fine, check out strut rod bushing by trying to move wheel back and forth.
Check the bushings that attach to the frame that go the LCA they seems to be cracked and actually one of them just fell off when we were checking it.
What the hell should I replace now? Other than the LCA frame bushing?

The "LCA frame" thing is what's generally called a "Strut Rod".

You need to replace those bushings before you have to slam on the brakes and have the suspension collapse under you.

I'm surprised your mechanic let you drive away from there if what you describe is accurate. The strut rod takes most of the brunt of the suspension when you romp on the brakes.

If your front end is in that shape then you should get off the road and plan on spending some coins to get fixed. They are going to have to pull out the lower control arms to change out your control arm bushings, so you might as well finish the job completely and have then replace the upper and lower control arms along with the end links and get a 4 wheel alignment. After it's done you won't believe you have the same car, it will be that much better and you are good to go fro another 60,000 miles. AND a whole lot safer.

it does not do that, I went out and tried it, maybe you have stronger legs than i do :)

I will replace the strut rod bushings
to arm is 25
to frame is 49

hopefully this will help it out

back into a parking spot next to a shiny car and pump the brakes and watch the reflection of your front tire. everything your describing sounds like strut rod bushings.
just be glad this didnt happen to you
YouTube - loose steering column
that is what happened when the telescopic feature falls apart on your car

lmao, it was funny the phone call from the wife "umm the steering wheel fell into my lap" at least she was at her job and only doing 5 mph when this happened, kinda a easy fix, just gotta completely disassemble the steering column!
