I was at the girlfriends tonight and about 11:15 PM I heard the sound of my car horn, split second later I realized it was my alarm going off. Half a second later I'm charging up the stairs like a rihno in rutt, grabbed the first thing I put my hands on (a broom)....let's just say they got lucky because I was all geeked up looking for a fight!!! And now she knows why I never want to move to that seaspool

Ya mean Cesspool? And where would that be? Guns work better than brrooms- unless the wicked witch of the west was breaking in!
 
I heard my alarm going off once and for the first time in my life I ran right through my parents sliding screen door all I could think of was my car
 
Ah hell and here i thought he was talking about having a beautiful woman in his car to protect it 24/7.:D
 
HAHA I'm sure if you had a cougar in your car, you wouldn't have to worry about anyone damaging it but the cat. Reminds of a story of my dad's best friend who owned a junkyard in Detroit and was really well off. Anyways he had just bought a new Cadillac (the ones from the 80's with the cut off trunk.) He went inside a store and left his mastiff inside the car, came out and the dog had eaten the entire interior including all of the seat belts.
 
yea....grab whatever you can man, broom, bat, shovel, bottle, trash can lid...haha whatever....then again this week if they were stealing my mark I'd throw them the keys and let em have it......oh wait I wouldn't hear the alarm going off cause the horn doesn't work

Sounds like my 5.0 GT. I don't even lock the damn thing cause the actuators are crap and I haven't gotten around to replacing them.
 
if there was a cougar (hot older woman) in my car, i wouldn't leave the car.....i'd be in there with my fingers in the cookie jar ;)
 
Heh, yesterday my alarm went off. When I sat down (in my house) the corner of my wallet decided to push the "panic" button. At about 2:30 AM..
 
good thing they didnt get anything. My factory alarm use to go off all the time and piss all my neighbors off. So i finally bypassed it and put in a clifford 50.7x

Really, I've never noticed that. When my friends 96 had a leaky front bag, it usually held air unless you rocked the car back and forth, then it would air down completely. I used to do that to him all the time (until he 'ruined' his car with coils :p ) and it never set the alarm off. I'm going to have to try it on my other friend's 97 :D
