i just answered it in one of the thread where she asked

mirror - fuse 12 - passanger kick panel fuse box

wiper module - fuse 26 - passanger kick panel fuse box

heated wiper park - fuse 13 - under hood fuse box

wiper motor - fuse 20 - under hood fuse box

i just double checked, and i didn't see any thing about a wiper relay
