HID Conversion Kit

I just bought a Xentec HID conversion kit. I've been looking over how to install it and I think I have the basic idea. I was wondering if anyone had any pointers or any trouble that they ran into. Also where did you guys get your power source from?

I had repeated trouble with this kit. There wasnt enough power going to the ballast for them to stay on, one would turn off after a few minutes and then the other.You will need relays most likely. After I installed them I had no issues.
