Questions about buying 04 Lincoln LS

Hi all, new to the forum here. Mite be a noob question but im going to ask it anyways -- Never have bought a Lincoln or any fancy car like that so I looking to buy a 04 Lincoln LS. Here is the car

Im trading in my truck and shes asking for 12,500 for it now with my truck. I plan on getting it tomorrow and maybe haggle her down on the price..I have read that there mite be some problems with the coil overs?? Wondering if this was a good price on the car and also if anyone would be able to tell me if it was a true LSE package on the car from the picture.

nope not a lse. but still a good buy, dont worry about the coils they are covered on the 04 until 100k miles so buy with confidence.
