corrected sir.......not really into crashing just for a pic. Also i just left my mothers house and was on a side street. Maybe for crazy 8's i will snap a pic while driving and i will get the tac in there too.

awww all you lil ls's low millage and all, its cute :) congrats to you and nyc, i got pics of mine at 100k, 123456.7, 130k, and 160k kinda parked now (snow) but i think it was around 163 last i saw. funny thing is i bought it around 70

funny thing is the only one i stopped for was 100k, all the others i was moving, some even at high speed lol. 100k i did a walk around so i even know the exact spot where i saw (some back ass road out near my work)

exactly, sport shift and we dont have a first gear, always starts in 2nd. :shifty:

you know it shifts to first after 60% throttle and then you can click back the shifter and it will hold first....until you stop, then it goes back to second.

nice pic too...I just did that a month ago. :)

outkast- i kniw that but after 60% throttle you really have nothing left. When you come to a stop it switches back to second, so you would have to time a light where you are still rolling. Basically what im trying to say is it sucks, i know i know it is suppose to save gas or something.

i have first, as long as i want it. i could even blow my engine maybe.......04 lse

sorry, I didn't mean that to sound smart assy if you took it that way...

what I do is put it in sst then from a slight roll burp the throttle about 90%, the car jumps but then shifts to first...then you click back and it will hold first gear until you come to a complete stop. works fine for me for doing a couple doughnuts or whatever.

and if you are in sst, you mash it from the line it will be in frst whithen a second or so.

I have a 2nd gen with V6 (no SST) where you can select any gear. I use second alot to start in slippery weather, I tried third yesterday and I swear the car started in third gear! Never seen that in any other car.
