Michelle Obama tapes’ imminent release approaching: API in a serious negotiation with FOX NEWS on the best way forward

API has an ongoing discussion with FOX NEWS on the best way forward in the process of releasing Michelle Obama tapes to the American people.

API hopes the negotiation will be completed as soon as possible so that the tapes can be made available to FOX NEWS in the next few days and specifically before the voting day - the 4th of November.

API will make use of Legal Representation in the US when finalising the hand-over of the tapes and on any legal matters that may arise after the contents of the tapes become public.

We want to thank all our readers - those who have managed to be patient and also those who have exhibited total impatience. We assure them that an agreement will be reached soon between API and FOX NEWS one way or another, so that API fulfills the promise it gave to the readers.

The important thing we want the readers to know is how the tapes will be handled once it finally leaves API’s custody. API has confidence in FOX NEWS and will allow them to decide whether the tapes will be aired in full, edited or unedited. Once the tapes are released to FOX NEWS as per agreement that will be arrived at between the parties, API believes that FOX NEWS is competent enough to decide on how to proceed in handling the tapes because - better than us in API - they know what is best for the American listeners.

Some may not understand why this has taken long to accomplish. Sensitive issues requires careful steps so that nobody gets hurt in the process. People have questioned why the delay. API wanted to take time and make a good choice on the way forward and we can now happily say we are on the right track and hopefully you do not have to wait for long before your wishes are fulfilled.

Now that the release of the tapes is imminent, as soon as an agreement is reached, API hopes that those who finally gets access to its contents will use them wisely, in a way that brings the American people closer to one another despite their political allienation and to be above racial behaviour and work together for a better United American Nation. API does not wish to see the information from the tapes being misused by those who may wish to satisfy their own interests and achieve a particular aim.

The release of the tapes will take place without costs to any one. The negotiation between API and FOX NEWS bears no sign of money involved and that has been API’s wish all along.

The Truth About a Non-Existent Michelle Tape

Rush Limbaugh and Fox News once again used fear and prejudice to try and sink another candidate they don’t like.

On May 30th, Rush Limbaugh gave specific details about a video tape supposedly showing Michelle Obama using a tasteless racial slur, something an accomplished professional and loving mother like Michelle would never say. Proven sleazemeister Roger Stone went on Fox News two days later to make a similar claim.

What did Michelle actually say on that video? Nothing — there is no video. The entire thing was completely fabricated by people like Limbaugh and Stone who want to take Michelle and Barack down. In fact, neither Michelle nor Barack has ever said anything remotely like the stuff Limbaugh, Stone, and the rest made up for their fantasy tape.

This is the worst, most hateful kind of smear there is. Make sure your friends and family know who is behind it.

GOP hitman Roger Stone conceded on June 2nd that he hasn’t met anyone who has seen the tape and that it therefore may be a hoax.

The API looks to have been set up by Obomobots back in 2006.

I posted here I was on their site when they posted it originally. I was going to respond but didn't want my email to be used by thousands of nigerian spammers. I would have been the 1st reply. Didn't deem it worthy of that title.

I'll get b.s from marcus but he can kiss my arse. I have the screen shots that I did forward to the RNC over a week ago.

If it makes you feel any better, I'll admit that these things do occasionally scare me. My biggest fear is that one of these times you'll be right, and then I would have no choice but to throw myself off the Sears Tower.

After all, you know what they say about stopped clocks. :D

It's amazing how you try and predict how someone would be like and what they would say. Unless you know her personally you really cant say thats the sort of thing she would say.

Well then, until I meet a public figure with a role in government, I won't try to speculate as to how they would act in a hypothetic situation.

I'll just judge them on that basis of how nice they look on the cover of a magazine.

...has anyone given some thought to the fact some of this crap might just be bait? A time consuming waste of energy with on pay off at the end?

I've seen far too many people really invest a lot of talent and effort in finding these grand conspiracies associated with Obama. Instead of just take Obama on issue by issue, or on his documented background, it seems like too many of these bloggers want to hit a grand slam.

This API story, the birth certificate seal.... might they have been floated out there as misdirection? And while chasing these things down, the important stuff gets over looked.

Had the media reported on any of it, Hillary would be up by 15 points over McCain.

That's the angle now, when a bogus claim fails to bear any fruit, blame it on the other guy? So if Obama proves his citizenship, will you then say he set this whole thing up to waste time and misdirect?
 
I think it is a brilliant tactic - waste bloggers/forum time chasing tail, instead of concentrating on the issues...

We certainly could come up with more - to keep everyone busy the last couple of weeks -

I believe that if you check Michele Obama's passport 14 years ago she made a trip to Bali, was it to meet with subversive terrorists, and exactly what was that Visa charge to Trader Vik's really all about - a secret meeting between her and Omar Kadaffi???;)

Have you seen Obama's latest (unreleased) tax plan that now has a work requirement?

Point is, Obama and the media have created this mess. All Obama ever had to do was produce his certified copy of his birth certificate, but he has failed to do so. So he will (hopefully) reap all that he has sown.

As far as the inference conjured up here about the Obomobots and API, several people are looking into the past of the API site and how that group of people came together and why Michelle would have contacted a member of their group in the first place.

So as of this time, I will give the benefit of the doubt that these people do not have ties to the Obama campaign although, once again, the connections are troubling. We do know that one of them has connecting to Trinity Church in Chicago and we know where that leads.

Why is everything about Obama troubling. I have never seen a candidate with no history be connected to such a vile group of people.

If Berg gets the voice mail file emailed to him today from the API, then we will see what they have and if it is damaging. Otherwise, I call bunk. I don't think the audio tape exists.

Two edge sword here. If Obama would have released any of his records, he wouldn't even be in the race. That said, I feel more strongly than ever that this is not the guy to lead us the next four years.

'Ol blabber-mouth himself Biden gets a national security update on Friday from the administration and by Monday he is blabbing about it.

On Obama's Presidential asperations, my guess is Obama is not eligible to run. So if (big IF) he wins, Biden will probably be put in place. Personally, I think that would be a travesty for America. After two brain aneurisms, who knows what or how this guy thinks.

I'll wait until Berg either gets the tape or file for summary judgement in the case against Obama.:slap:

If it turns out that it was indeed a misdirection by Obama, I'd find it hilarious that people (tin-foilers) bought into it, it'd still be back-handed though.

What do you make of this Michelle tape being bogus and now it's being blamed as a misdirection from the Left and not just a failed smear from the Right?
 
If it is misdirection (incredibly hard to prove in the land of tin foil hats) I think bonus points should go to the campaigner in the Obama camp that thought it up - someone who really understands new media and how to manipulate it.

And exactly how does that feel Bryan? I have been told some forms of manipulation can be rather enjoyable ;)

In September 1993, while teaching constitutional law at the University of Chicago Law school there was a moment in time when the Pope, President Clinton, Monica Lewinsky, 3 cigar salesmen, Bobby Seale, Mayor Daly, and the Cubs were all within a 4 mile radius of Barack Obama. Was this some diabolical plot to catapult the Cubs into the Series, or was it just a misguided attempt at messing up another blue dress?
