Hillary caught on tape committing clear election felonies, nothing happens to her. Harry Reid and his shady land deals. I could go on and on. Nothing happens to these people.

Even Fox News won't play Bill Ayers ads.

Meanwhile, Scooter Libby gets convicted of a felony.

It would be, if there was a single shred of evidence to support the claim. There isn't. I remind you that the guy behind this lawsuit is a 9/11 "truther". These people cannot be reasoned with because their brains operate in a different reality, where lack of absolute proof of innocence equals absolute proof of guilt.
 
It's hard to imagine that the entire DNC completely missed this, or that all of the opposition research run during the primary failed to note it as well. Because otherwise, it would imply the most arrogant kind of condescending over confidence or a conspiracy.

Even Hillary doesn't want to see a return to 1968 style convention.
Unless she thinks she can slip into the top slot with just a few weeks before the election and then run without having had to endure months of negative adds and debates- like in Jersey, when Torricelli backed out of the Senate race (while behind in the polls and caught taking "improper gifts) making the candidate suddenly Lautenberg with just weeks left. Lautenberg had suffered no damaged or negatives after a year of campaigning like his Republican opponent had, and then won the election.
 
well, there seems to be enough evidence to cast doubt. Especially judging by that last article MonsterMark posted...

Either way, it is now in federal court and it will be interesting to see what (if anything) comes of it...

Also, I would be very careful with wording and drawing conclusions when pointing out that the guy behind the lawsuit is a 9/11 truther and "cannot be reasoned", etc., etc. That comes close to an argumentum ad hominem and an effective red herring. Just trying to keep ya honest. ;)

I could very easily see the arrogant condescending over confidence. That has been a halmark of the Democratic party, hubris. That hubris has been getting worse and worse over the years as well...

I doubt an out and out conspiracy...except maybe to cover their tracks after they got caught with their pants down due to their hubris...

This is why I told Bryan it was a waste of time and money. Even if you get Obama removed, which would be a Herculean task in the first place, you get what...Hillary? McCain's already spent millions on Obama.
 
What if it's all one big Democratic conspiracy (as everything is) to use Obama's image to win the presidency; then after he's sworn in, destroy him via that shoe-drop? The plot thickens.

I know. Same guy.

He actually represented a woman in the twin towers case. He received a settlement offer and refused and decided to sue Bush for more money and lost.

I know his history.

He was the only person willing to take all these bits and pieces and put them together and go for it.

He hates Obama. Is a big Hillary shrill. Can't stand Repubs. I know the whole thing.

With that said, what he is suing for needs to be looked into. Simple as that. There has been smoke for months. Now we need to see if there is fire.

If his suit gets tossed (which it probably will) then it is up to the Republicans or a 527 with balls, to take on the Obama media machine.

If it has merit, how did it slip by for so long? Why haven't the "Republicans" moved on this long ago? Why didn't Hillary's people move in on it when they were neck-to-neck? These 'whys' tend to discredit Berg's claims.

I know what you are saying. However, I've been invloved in this for months now and there is meat to the 'divided loyalties' issue with Barack being both an American and Indonesian citizen. Indonesia doesn't recognize dual citizenships. Unless Barack reaffirmed, and there is no evidence of this, he is not eligible to be POTUS.

That is a big issue. The lawsuit would be thrown out if there was no standing. That is the reason for the Newdow case being rejected by the SCOTUS. You have to have standing to file a lawsuit.

That is probably the best reason (and a very legitimate one) for why the Republicans, or Hillary, or whoever hasn't moved on this...

But what evidence is there of Indonesian citizenship? None whatsoever. Only assertions.

And assuming he has never had Indonesian citizenship, how exactly is he supposed to prove that to your satisfaction? You've never answered that question. For that matter, prove to me that YOU have never held Indonesian citizenship!
