so who is running it, and what is the best price you have found it at!

looking to buy it and use the piping for my cold air! SOLD some gen 1 parts!

If your worried about price you can save yourself some $ and buy the MAF adapter from KKM without a filter and just cut the sound deadening chambers off of the stock tubing. If you really want cold air, then buying a K&N just for the foot of piping it provides is a waste.

I got mine in 2006 from Cruchfield, of all places, for $225. They were a close out item at the time.

But why would you want to cut this up?
It's a thing of beauty.

I have both K&N systems. Overall I like the black setup better. The polished looks nicer, but the black tubing is larger in diameter.

I still dont get it, your just going to buy the tube.. you dont care about the filter? That will be one expensive piece of tubing.

Why not just cut the silencers off of the stock tube and plug the holes? Then "add on" what you wanted to.

becuase cali law saws it has to be stock or have a carb number... not going to cut the stock maf off the stock box to make a cold air...

250 isnt :q:q:q:q for a filter and tube... just going to add on to it...

You dont have to cut the stock MAF off? Why the hell would do that? Technically you will still have the stock tubing... your just adding onto it and getting rid of the huge silencers attached to it.
