I'm thinking about getting Eibach springs...
Ive got 19" rims and I want to make sure no rubbing will occur.

Is lowering it 1' enough? I am just scared I'll bottom out too much pulling into parking garages and drive ways or rubbing.

Whether you rub or not has to do with your offset.
Plenty of people on here have lowered their car with 18, 19 and 20 inch wheels. If I am not mistaken the offset has to be somewhere around 42mm or higher not to rub, at least for a 245 width tire.
Anyone who knows exact requirements on this exact tire size chime in...
Hope this helps!

I think I've seen you cruising around Austin......

I've got the Eibachs with 20"s and have never had the tires rub - even with 5 people in the car. Like Luebbe said it's the offset that makes all the difference. I think 42mm is the right number....

My Eibachs that were supposed to lower the car 1" actually lowered mine 1.25". You can never be sure of the exact lowering of a set of springs.:)
