All it needs is a tune. It still is running a check engine light and the PCM is stock! I have an xcal2 but am waiting to get it dyno'd. will be done very soon. It is running out of fuel all over the place, and the shift points are erratic and slow, but it runs great as a daily still . haha. What do you guys think??

Finally got everything done over the past couple of weeks. heres some pictures of the New and Improved Engine Bay.

Went From this....

To This!!!

Here's a few of the Exhaust i put on her. 2.5" piping from the first cats back. Deleted the 3rd cat and put a dynomax Ultra Flo X pipe muffler in the middle area of the exhaust and then 2.5" straight back to the stock tips.

Heres The Video of the Exhaust Clip.

Yes it was. Super clean piece. :)

Sure wish you had a good pix of the exhaust with the car on a lift.

Yeah, ill try to get some better pictures of the exhaust.

The Traction Control was off, i was just on that perferated concrete so it was super grippy! But it now spins BOTH wheels with the trac-lok kit. It will really benifit from a tune.!

Thanks for the comments keep them comming!

awesome.....now get it tuned ASAP and wake that thing up :gr_devil: the vid reminded me how these things shift stock :shifty: , mine lunges forward on the 1-2, 2-3 shifts and wants to keep going and the diff is still stock :D

I Might sensor lower the car, but i dont know. My compressor is always comming on while driving. So i dont know if it would make the problem WAY worse or not.

ONEBADMK8, I just ordered your Emblems off ebay. They should ship out today or maybe they did yesterday. Anyways, it will look really good after i have them on..

As far as the shifting goes, yes. It shifts dog slow.. I can't wait to get it tuned! Should really wake it up like everyone says. Really looking forward to that day.! And i am getting it dyno tuned so it should REALLY pick up some ponies..!!!

Are you still running the stock 2 piece driveshaft? If so hows vibration. Im trying to get my 4.10 put in and I keep hearing about how im gonna get ds vibrations. and Id rather not drop 600 on a new ds just yet.

looks great! but a 8 sec 0-60 would make me mad. especially with 4.10's. i wouldnt think the stock tune would throw what you did off that much. but it sure looks like it. cant wait to seee the tuned run.

off topic: shouldnt the computer adjust itself slightly? you would not think it would be that far off.

actually since the check engine light is emission related,(EGR) the computer automatically goes into closed loop. Meaning it is running off preset fuel trims and not reading most sensors. Basically its like in a "Safe" mode.. So i dont expect it to be fast! its slower than before, thats for sure! Tuning will be unbeleivably benificial to this car!

MarkVIII93, I am running the Stock 2 piece driveshaft. I am also looking into a 93 mark VIII driveshaft because it DOES have a vibration at around 75mph... It is just a little annoying so i thing a 93 driveshaft is cheap enough and it would get rid of it.

Now, your engine bay looks really nice with cobra intake manifold. Weren't you supposed to get a dynotune last Friday ?If you would have a hard time finding a 93 driveshaft , I have barley used Dynotech MMX driveshaft seating in my garage. That's the best and not available any more driveshaft for mark VIIIs,I'll let it go for $350 .

ill keep that as an option.. but for now i am looking to spend a little less on a used 93 one.. we'll see if i find a good one.

The Dyno Tune was supposed to happen last friday, but the tuner had to be unlocked remember? so i sent it out and it wasnt back from sct by last friday.. Damn!

But this weekend should be here for sure! rediculous!
